Most leadership programs teach skills. This experience helps you identify who you are, align how you lead, and create a strategy for becoming the leader your next level requires.
The Leadership Identity Intensive is a four hour development experience for women who lead teams, manage others, own businesses, serve in executive roles, or are preparing for greater leadership responsibility.
Through guided reflection, practical exercises, and meaningful conversation, you will explore the values, beliefs, priorities, and behaviors that shape how you lead. You will gain greater clarity about your leadership identity, assess whether your current actions align with your goals, and develop a focused strategy for your next level.
This intimate experience is limited to participants to allow for deeper conversation, personal reflection, and individualized support.
