Women of Influence invites you to The Business Dinner, an intimate evening designed for women who are building businesses, advancing careers, leading organizations, creating change, and thinking intentionally about what comes next.
Our topic for the evening:
The Power of the Room: Relationships, Influence & Opportunity
We often think growth comes from knowing more, working harder, or finding the perfect strategy.
But some of the greatest opportunities in our careers, businesses and lives begin with who we know, who knows us, and the relationships we intentionally nurture.
This dinner will bring together women from across industries and stages of leadership for an evening centered around meaningful conversation.
We'll explore:
How relationships influence our professional and business growth
The difference between networking and intentionally building social capital
How to become more comfortable sharing what you need, what you're building and where you're going
How women can become resources, connectors and advocates for one another
How to identify the relationships we need for our next level of growth
How to use our own influence to open doors for someone else
And most importantly, there will be time to actually connect.
This isn't a dinner where you sit through presentations all evening.
You'll meet the women at your table, hear their stories, talk about what you're building and where you need support, and discover where your worlds may intersect.
You may walk into the room not knowing the woman sitting beside you.
You may walk out realizing she is someone you needed to meet.

What to Expect
Most leadership programs teach skills. This experience helps you identify who you are, align how you lead, and create a strategy for becoming the leader your next level requires.
The Leadership Identity Intensive is a four-hour development experience for women who lead teams, manage others, own businesses, serve in executive roles, or are preparing for greater leadership responsibility.
Through guided reflection, practical exercises, and meaningful conversation, you will explore the values, beliefs, priorities, and behaviors that shape how you lead. You will gain greater clarity about your leadership identity, assess whether your current actions align with your goals, and develop a focused strategy for your next level.
This intimate experience is limited to 15 participants to allow for deeper conversation, personal reflection, and individualized support.
