The Evolution of Influence
In 2024, Women of Influence emerged as the evolution of the 2022 Empowered Women of Boston initiative. This transformation wasn’t just a name change it was a statement. A declaration that women aren’t just here to participate; we’re here to lead, disrupt, and elevate. Our mission? To build a space where ambitious, driven women come together to connect, collaborate, and create impact without limits.
Cassandra Corona
FOUNDER
Cassandra is the Founder and CEO of COR Consulting Group. A creative visionary and strategic strategist, she coaches executive leaders and supports organizations through organizational development initiatives. She earned her master’s degree in Organizational Psychology in 2020. Cassandra’s expertise spans talent management, organizational culture assessments, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She also partners with the local chamber of commerce and works with small to medium sized organizations and executive leaders to drive sustainable growth and impact.
Cassandra finds great joy in empowering and connecting with potential friends, associates, and peers, which inspired her to create Women of Influence. In 2022, she co founded Empowered Women of Boston and rebranded to Women of Influence in 2024. This initiative aims to bring together women in leadership roles to connect, share resources, and uplift one another.
